School bullies are not just students; they are sometimes the teachers. Teachers sometimes pick on students who do not study well. They often yell, scream, or punish the students heavily. This kind of action may lead the class students to bully him or her. Both the students and the teacher’s bullying could cause the student to have serious physical problems like depression and stress. Many students commit suicide because of the stresses from school bullying.

There are many reported incidents about students committing suicide because of teachers bullying. For example, one middle-school student committed crime because of too much stress. The student was not very good at studying so the teacher taunted her. As a result, the other students did not tend to play with her, and the student became a victim. Also, the teacher was only mean to her. The student could not stand both the students' and the teacher’s bullying and so ended her life. There are many other incidents like this.  If action such as this does not stop, both from the teacher and other students, the number of suicide will only increase.

One solution is to create a service center where students are able  to discuss their problems freely in anytime. That way, the students are able to feel comfortable talking about their teachers. Another solution is to retrain teachers on how to deal with students that do poorly in school work. By this meeting, we can prevent teachers yelling, taunting, and making fun of their students. Lastly, the school can install a CCTV in each classrooms. If the students tell their parents that their teachers taunted them, the parents can check the CCTV to get evidence and solve the problem.

Others may say that teachers yell or taunt their students to improve them more in school. They might claim that since the teacher’s priority is to teach and improve students, they have the right to taunt or yell at others. However, I believe that the teachers taunting and yelling has gone too far making the students commit suicide.

In conclusion, making a service center for students to discuss their problems, retraining teachers on dealing properly with students, and installing a CCTV in each classroom can prevent teachers from bullying their students by yelling or making fun of them. These three solutions set up in the school can prevent many students from committing suicide because of stress. If you think these solutions are  good methods, please recommend or ask your principle about trying it. Do not just wait for someone to help you from the teacher's bullying without telling anybody.
