Every Christmas is like a nightmare to me. It sucks. Firstly, our family do not celebrate Christmas because our family are Buddhists. My parents say ‘it’s just waste of time’ and instead of celebrating, we study just like any other normal day. Secondly, my siblings and I do not receive any presents. My parents say ‘it’s waste of money’ being Buddhists they think that there is no reason to give us presents. Last but not least, we never go on trips. On Christmas, we are especially busy, so we have to do all our homework instead of going on trips. Also, our family has not saved money for vacations, so we just stay in our homes and watch the snow falling. Maybe Christmas is worse than normal days. Therefore, it sucks.
